Apple's 2025 Pride Collection features a unique Apple Watch Sport Band

Apple's 2025 Pride Collection is now available, with a new Apple Watch Sport Band and wallpapers celebrating the strength and beauty of LGBTQ+ communities.

An annual tradition for Apple, the company releases a Pride Edition of Apple Watch bands, watch faces, and wallpapers in early May, to champion LGBTQ+ equality. On Monday, Apple issued its 2025 edition.

The aesthetic this time are blocks of rainbow stripes, which filter throughout the design of all elements in the collection. Offering a contemporary design, wallpapers shift depending on how the users move and unlock the device.



The Pride Harmony watch face also uses bold stripes that shift in sequence to display large hour numerals, behind the analog hands.

The Apple Watch Pride Edition Sport Band is assembled by hand from strips that are compression-molded together. This results in unique bands where no two are alike, representing the individuality of members in the LGBTQ+ community.

Apple has routinely financially supported organizations serving LGBTQ+ communities, with sales of the band helping towards those efforts.

The Pride Edition Sport Band is available to order from Apple's website and the Apple Store app today, with in-store availability beginning next week, for $49. It ships in 40mm, 42mm, and 46mm varieties, and in S/M and M/L sizes.

The Pride Harmony watch face and iPhone and iPad wallpapers will be arriving in an upcoming software update for watchOS 11.5, iPadOS 18.5, and iOS 18.5.

    I know what you’re saying, it does seem a bit strange. That said, most of the faces I’ve configured use an analogue clock. I just like the look. As I don’t need to track time down to the precise minute it works for me. YMMV

    I’m in the analogue face camp with lots of complications for temp, weather, next calendar and date etc. One thing I would like is for the complications under the fingers to be further back! That way I’d be able to tilt the watch to see an obscured item, because of a fake depth effect.

    some Faces are tilt responsive, be nice if there was a face that did moved a compilation based on tilt…

    I change mine around. I have digital right now, but I’ll probably switch to analog in a month or so. When I see one that grabs me. 
    I don’t worry too much about what others think of my preferences…

    Huh? What…? Anyone? Geez. Why do some people wear pants? Why do some people drive 3-ton pickup trucks when the heaviest thing they ever haul is themselves, and I suppose a gun rack? All of these are nonsensical questions. 

    As long as we keep using the words clockwise and counterclockwise I’m sticking with analog.

    I prefer classic mechanical watches, period. I only own an AW because I bought it for a family member, long story there but it ended up on my wrist instead.

    it’s ok but I’ll take a nice Breitling or Panerai over it any day of the week. I don’t need my watch to constantly alert me to shit.
